Obscure (privacy) Glass Visibility Comparisons

Obscure glass has a textured surface that distorts light passing through it, thereby reducing the visibility through the glass. The amount of distortion affects the overall visibility through the glass. 

In all cases the amount of light transmitted should be the same, the maximum for clear glass.
