ORDER a SIMILAR work:     We will create for you a new work based upon the similar work that you select.

1.  Record somewhere the name of the work which is the basis for what you want to purchase ( for example, "Medieval Cross") and also its base price.  (You will need to insert these into an email to us a few steps later).

2.  Decide upon any changes to the colors of glass that you want and record them. 

3.  Calculate the following additional charges (as applicable), and add to the base price:

    18 % Packing, shipping, and insurance (all items)

             (Example: price from #2 above is $100   x  .18 = $18)

    4 %  Sales tax (State of Louisiana addresses only)

             (Example: price from #2 above is $100   x  .04 = $4)

4.  Prepare a check or money order to DÄZZLE GLÄZZ, LLC for the full amount. Record  the check number or money order number.

5.  At the order e-mail prompt, copy all the above information, plus your name, address, city, state & zip for delivery.  Please also include a day and evening phone number where we can contact you. Don't forget to indicate the colors you desire.

7. Write the date and time you submitted the email on your check or money order.          Send via USPS mail your check or money order to:

8. We will acknowledge by e-mail that we have received your order.  Since this is a custom order which we will make just-for-you, it will require approximately 3-4 weeks.  We will ship it as soon as it is complete and will notify you by email that it has shipped.
